This policy covers leadflow.paulmilliken.com and the lead-notification systems operated by Paul Milliken ("we", "us"). It explains what is collected through the quote-request form, what is done with it, and how long it is kept.
leadflow.paulmilliken.com is a public demonstration of a lead-routing system. The business shown on it is fictional and does not exist. Submitting the form does not request a service, create an obligation, or start a transaction.
When you submit the quote-request form, we collect only what you type into it:
We also record the date and time of submission, and whether the SMS consent box was checked. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics that profile you across sites, or third-party trackers.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for marketing. We do not add you to any list.
Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the messaging provider strictly as needed to deliver the message you asked for.
SMS is sent only where you have checked the consent box and supplied a mobile number, and only for the purpose stated beside that box. Message frequency is low and depends on submissions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Demonstration safeguard. On this public demonstration site, outbound SMS is delivered only to the operator's own pre-verified mobile number. A number typed into the public form is never texted. This prevents a public form from being used to send messages to arbitrary people. On a deployed client installation, the consented submitter receives the messages described beside the consent box.
Demonstration submissions are automatically deleted within 24 hours. The redacted test-log entry, which contains no personal information, may remain longer. You do not need to ask for deletion — it happens on a timer — but you may write to the address below and we will remove a submission sooner.
To operate the demonstration we use service providers who process data on our behalf: Twilio (SMS delivery), Google (email delivery), DigitalOcean (hosting), and a spreadsheet or database service used as the customer-record destination. They act on our instructions and do not receive your information for their own marketing.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
