These terms govern use of leadflow.paulmilliken.com, operated by Paul Milliken ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
This site is a public demonstration of a lead-routing system: a quote-request form that writes a record, sends notifications, and fires a follow-up, with a public log showing each step. The business shown on the site is fictional. No service is offered for sale here, no work will be performed, and no contract arises from submitting the form.
We may block access, discard submissions, or take other reasonable measures where these terms are broken.
Where you check the SMS consent box and supply a mobile number, you agree to receive the messages described beside that box. Consent is not a condition of using the site or of any purchase.
Demonstration safeguard. On this public demonstration site, outbound SMS goes only to the operator's own pre-verified mobile number. A number typed into the public form is never texted, so the form cannot be used to message a third party. On a deployed client installation, a consented submitter receives the messages described beside the consent box.
Submissions are automatically deleted within 24 hours, and the public test log displays masked values rather than what you typed. See the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", for demonstration. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Uptime is not guaranteed and features may change or be withdrawn at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The site, its code and its content are owned by Paul Milliken. You may view and interact with the site; you may not copy or redistribute it without permission.
These terms may be updated. The effective date above changes when they do, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
